Ingredients
140g smooth natural peanut butter
85g honey or maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
60g vanilla protein powder
For the topping-
75g dark or milk chocolate
20g smooth natural peanut butter
Pinch of sea salt
Directions
- To a bowl, add 140g peanut butter, honey, sea salt and protein powder. Stir to form a thick dough.
- Press into a lined loaf tin (1lb small size) and level out with the back of a spoon.
- Melt the chocolate and remaining peanut butter together. Pour over the base and sprinkle with a bit of sea salt.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Cut into 10 bars.
