  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Honey or Maple Syrup
  • Dark Chocolate

“Simple, 4 ingredient chocolate peanut butter protein bars”

Ingredients

  • 140g smooth natural peanut butter

  • 85g honey or maple syrup

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 60g vanilla protein powder

  • For the topping-

  • 75g dark or milk chocolate

  • 20g smooth natural peanut butter

  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  • To a bowl, add 140g peanut butter, honey, sea salt and protein powder. Stir to form a thick dough.
  • Press into a lined loaf tin (1lb small size) and level out with the back of a spoon.
  • Melt the chocolate and remaining peanut butter together. Pour over the base and sprinkle with a bit of sea salt.
  • Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Cut into 10 bars.
