I love making baked oats either as a weekend treat on a lazy morning or portioned up in a tupperwear for a midweek breakfast. Either way this delicious breakfast can be personalised with your favourite toppings and flavours. I’ve stuck to a simple greek yogurt and peanut butter topping.

Ingredients
80g rolled oats
80ml milk of choice
2 tbsp peanut butter
25g vegan chocolate protein (I use Whey box)
1 ripe banana
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°c and lightly grease a small skillet pan or baking tin.
- Mash the banana in a bowl, then add the peanut butter, oats, protein and milk. Mix together until fully combined.
- Spoon into a the skillet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with greek yogurt, peanut butter and a drizzle of maple syrup.
