I started Whole 30 this month, and I can honestly say that I am very excited! I have tried whole 30 once before, and I didn’t follow the rules 100% (because some are insane let’s be honest), so I didn’t feel like I really got anything out of it. However, recently, my body has just been feeling off… After a summer full of good food and treats, I knew I needed to reset. Strange enough, I got excited about the thought of trying Whole 30 again. I know…I must be crazy or something right? Wouldn’t be the first time someone has told me that! Truly, I just need some help getting out of my bad summer dessert habits! So here I am doing Whole 30 again, but attest to getting the most out of this (somewhat miserable) 30 day experience. My goal is to meal prep each week so I will have the same thing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 5 days. I think this will take away some of the day-to-day anxiety of figuring out what I actually CAN eat.
